Salary Schedule and/or Policies
Littleton Academy does not have a salary schedule nor written salary policies. In practice, the Governing Board determines the amount available for salaries and performance pay on a yearly basis. The principal is then responsible for determining individual salaries and performance pay for teachers and administrative staff. The Governing Board determines the salary for the principal.
In FY2010-11, teacher salaries range from $31,000 to $52,930. Salaries for classified staff, including clerks, secretaries, bookkeepers, paraprofessionals and instructional assistants, range from $10.00/hour to $27.00/hour for those paid on an hourly basis and from $30,403 to $43,676 for salaried employees.
